French Onion Meatballs

32 oz frozen original flavor meatballs, 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy, 1 pkg (1 oz) onion soup mix, 1 tbs dry sherry, if desired

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Dump meatballs in cooker. In medium bowl mix remaining ingredients; gently stir in meatballs.

Cover; cook over low setting 3 and a half to 4 and a half hours.

Roast Beast

4 - 6 lbs Eye of Round Roast Beef
2 pkg French Onion Soup Mix
3 T Oregano
3 T Basil
1/4 t Crushed Red Pepper
4 c Water

Cover tightly with foil and bake for four hours at 350.



Note:
I substituted Italian Seasoning for the Oregano and Basil and cooked it in the crockpot with great success.
